Rockledge Real Estate Inspection

Real Estate Inspection

Why Rockledge Home Inspection Professionals is the best choice?

Whether it’s a home or a commercial building that you are purchasing, it’s probably one of the largest (if not the largest) investments you’re making in your life. With the investment this size, you should know as much details as possible about the property, before making your final decision. Our certified inspectors, who are experienced professional engineers as well, are trained to look for defects in variety of categories such as: foundation, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, AC, appliances, etc. The outcome of the inspection is a comprehensive report that gives you detailed description of inspected items. This report could be the greatest tool you get in finalizing your purchasing decision, or you can even use it as a tool for negotiating needed repairs and reduction in the sales price. Insist that only registered professional real estate inspectors who have PE in civil/structural engineering do your inspections. An inspector without structural engineering background might not be able to render an opinion on foundation cracks, or roof structures and might ask you to hire a PE for final opinion. Why should you pay two fees when you can have them both at Rockledge Home Inspection Professionals for one price?! Insist on Rockledge Home Inspection Professionals Engineering & Inspection Services, and trust us with your investments.

Why do you need Rockledge Home Inspection Professionals to inspect your property before selling it?

Selling your property could become a very emotional, stressful, and time consuming procedure. Sometimes sellers have to stay in market for months in order to find a potential buyer. Having an inspector going through your property before a potential buyer could see it have several advantages to the seller:
  1. Seller will be informed about the possible defects in his/her property that he/she didn’t know about, and have the time to fix it before the potential buyer finds about it.
  2. Reduce or eliminate extra time needed before the closing for last minute repairs.
  3. Reduce or eliminate reduction in the sales price due to some needed repairs.
  4. Peace of mind that the new buyer will get a well maintained property.
